Patricia Sotomayor (She/Her - Spain, 1977) works as a photographer and an Executive Coach.
Her personal projects talk about people’s behaviors and the ability of human beings to overcome their own circumstances.
Originally trained in Fine Arts, she specialized in Contemporary Photography in 2000 at EFTI International School of Photography in Madrid.
During the following fifteen years, she professionally put photography aside to work as a Senior Executive Assistant to C-Level executives at Spanish multinationals. In 2016 she focused on talent and management development for high-performance teams and trained as an Executive and Systemic Coach. She currently holds a Master’s Degree in Executive and Systemic Coaching and she is certified as a PCC Coach in the International Coaching Federation.
She founded FOCCUS and created the Portrait Coaching® methodology, unique in the market, in which she combines photographic portraits with her Executive Coaching processes. She works alongside private clients as well as several consulting companies, both in Spain and abroad, and gives workshops, classes and talks about her work both at Management and Art schools and in-company.
In 2019 she delves into the study of the image's impact in our society and completes a University Expert Master’s Degree on Visual Arts, Contemporary Photography and Project Management and begins to exhibit her personal work as a photographer.
